For the participants

 

Q: How do I access the digital congress?

A: The ICBEN congress’ digital platform is provided by AppInConf. Registered participants will receive a link to access the congress’ digital platform and a login instruction by email prior to the congress. Please note that you must have paid the registration fee to get access to the congress.

 

Q: What are the technical requirements/recommendations to join the digital congress?

A: Technical requirements/recommendations are as follows.

  • Supported web browsers are the latest version of:
    • Google Chrome (recommended)
    • Mozilla Firefox
    • Safari
    • Microsoft Edge
  • A wired connection and a big screen are preferred for the best experience.

 

Q: At what time of day will the ICBEN digital congress sessions take place?

A: Sessions will run from 13:00-19:15 on 14 June and from 10:45-19:15 on 15-17 June. Social blocks are scheduled at 19:15-20:15 on 14 & 16 June.

Note! Times are presented in CEST (Central European Summer Time) / UTC+2.

 

Q: When will the abstracts and E-posters be made available?

A: The text of abstract presentations are already available and linked from the program. Please click on a session in the program to view the detailed session info with the links to the abstracts.

All E-Posters will be available for viewing on the digital platform before, during and after the conference. During the conference, the posters will not be scheduled but they can be viewed and discussed during the breaks at all screens.

 

Q: Will the sessions be available after the congress?

A: Yes. The videos of the award lectures, the keynote lectures and the parallel sessions will be available for on-demand viewing through the digital platform after the congress so that participants can access all of the congress content.

 

For the authors

 

Q: How long should my presentation be and how should I do to upload it?

Each presentation will be allowed 15 minutes including questions. To meet this limit, please prepare a 12-minute presentation, to allow 3 minutes for questions. Pre-recorded presentations are mandatory as they will avoid technical difficulties during the conference. They should be uploaded to the congress platform by 31 May.
